$28,600,000 IDA BOND AWARDED to Charter Group
One of the Largest Issued to Non-profit
Charter Schools in Arizona History!
New facilities and major renovation projects will soon be underway at three Choice Education and Development Corporation Charter School Campuses. Sequoia Charter located in Mesa, Arizona Conservatory for the Arts and Academics in Phoenix, and Sequoia Village in Show Low, thanks to the $28,600,000 Education Facility Revenue Bonds Series 2006 (IDA Bond). The IDA Bond, issued on June 1, 2006 by the Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pima (IDA), is one of the largest designated to a nonprofit Charter School in Arizona history.
